LILY'S 4TH BIRTHDAY
It is hard to believe that Lily Danielle Gonzales aka "Miss Lily" is already
four (4) years old on 03-06-2021. Time definitely is moving by very
fast and seems to be accelerating especially for "us" senior
citizens....grin if you must!
With the COVID-19 still going strong and doesn't seem to be letting
up any, we decided to have a little birthday party at our home for our only
Granddaughter aka "Miss Lily" which is a wonderful blessing to our lives.
We decided on take out Pizza Inn pizza, of which we all do enjoy and
combined a Walmart grocery shopping trip at Rockingham, NC and timed the
trip to where I could call the order in after I finished grocery shopping
around 11:00 AM and the Pizza Inn would be open for business at this time
also.I have an insulated pizza bag that keeps the pizzas warm during the
25 mile ride back to Wadesboro, NC.
I took very few pictures, but got enough to post on this website and it is
hard to take pixs with the left hand and with a slice of pizza in the right
hand....another grin is in order.
BIRTHDAY CAKE
LILY IN ACTION
After enjoying our pizza, Miss Lily was ready to blow out candles on her
cake and dig in.
Miss Lily got all the candles blown out and ready to enjoy a slice of her
birthday cake. She pointed to the area of the cake she wanted which
had a character on it.
Lily didn't waste any time helping herself to the cake, of which she eat
mostly the icing off the slice of cake and below is what was left:

I asked Miss Lily how old she was and she said four (4) with the left
hand with four (4) fingers displayed.
We had a great little party and looking forward when the weather warms up
and we can have another
wiener roast outside.
