LIMA BEAN SALAD
INGREDIENTS
1 to 2 cups green frozen limas cooked (or use canned limas rinsed)
2 cans White Shoepeg Corn (11.4 oz. each)
3 thinly sliced green onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
Salt ( to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste) (I used freshly ground
(Tellicherry) peppercorns)
1/2 cup JFG mayonnaise (I used Duke's mayo)
Bacon crumbled
YIELD: 8 servings
Drain and combine all ingredients. Mix well and chill several hours.
Serve on a platter with tomatoes on top.
