EARTHQUAKE CAKE
INGREDIENTS:1 1/2 Cups pecans, chopped
1 Stick margarine, softened
1 Can (3 ozs.) coconut
1 8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 Box German chocolate cake mix (prepare
as on pkg.)
1 Box powered sugar (1 lb.)
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan and sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan. Sprinkle
coconut over
Pecans. Prepare cake mix. Pour over pecans and coconut. Melt
margarine and cream
Cheese. Add powdered sugar. Mix well. Pour mixture over cake
batter. Bake at 350
Degrees for 45 minutes.
