BLACK BEAN DIP
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Black Beans 15.25 oz. (rinse & drain)
1 can White Whole Kernel Corn 15.25 oz. (rinse & drain)
1 can Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 10 oz. (drain)
3 spring green onions (chopped)
3/4 teaspoon Chili powder (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder (to taste)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 to 1 cup Italian salad dressing
Mix all the above ingredients and serve with your favorite dipping chips.
We like the Tostitos Scoops brand with this recipe.
