MARY N MARTHA'S MEAT BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup applesauce
1 large bell pepper, chopped
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 large onion, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Mix all together. Make into small or medium sized balls and place in a
Pyrex 11x14x2 baking dish.YIELD: 54 meat balls or more
depending on how large you make them.
SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
Heat together and pour over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
