Above recipe copied from Facebook by my bride aka Joyce Porter.
Using the knife for dicing/chopping the squash and onions, give some
texture to the fried patties. I did add a little sprinkling of my
Wild Bill's Meat
Rub to the mixture and my bride didn't notice it was in
there....grin if you must! Must not have over done it this
time....another grin is in order!
